OUR MISSION is to provide opportunities in the arts to enrich the social, spiritual, and creative life of the residents in the Sandtown-Winchester, Upton and surrounding areas.

  • Program Fees: 
    Youth classes: $30 for 10 weeks or $3 a class 
    Adult classes: $60 for 10 weeks or $6 a class 
    Clay classes: $10 per 8-week session. 
    Underwritten by Baltimore Clayworks 
    Scholarships available, call for information.* 
    Parent Orientation 
    Thursday, Oct. 2nd, 6p 
    *At least one adult family member must 
    attend orientation to receive a scholarship. 
    Youth In Business, ages 12-17 
    Apply and interview to participate in the Youth 
    in Business program before Oct. 6th. Build your resume! Participants will develop a business selling the art they make at Jubilee. Youth participants will receive a portion of the profits, remaining profits go back to supporting the program. Must attend Wednesday and Friday to participate, space is limited.

Jubilee Arts is a community program providing arts classes to the residents of the Sandtown-Winchester, Upton, and surrounding neighborhoods in Baltimore, Maryland. Jubilee Arts is located on Pennsylvania Avenue, an area with a rich history of African-American culture, and is helping to bring the arts back to life in our community!

Jubilee Arts offers programming in dance, visual arts, creative writing and ceramics in partnership with the Maryland Institute College of Art, Baltimore Clayworks, area artists and writers, and dancers.
